UNDERTAKING-CUM-DECLARATION

1. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) proceedings for the resolution of my dispute.
2. I undertake to act in good faith and cooperate fully with the ODR facilitator/neutral/arbitrator during the course of the proceedings.
3. I declare that all documents, statements, and information submitted by me in the course of the proceedings are true and correct to my knowledge and belief.
4. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all communications, documents, and materials exchanged during the entire process, except where disclosure is required by law or with mutual consent.
5. I undertake not to unduly interfere with or disrupt the online proceedings or communicate with the neutral in any manner that is not prescribed by the ODR rules.
6. I understand and agree that the final award/settlement, if binding, shall be final and binding upon me, and enforceable in accordance with applicable law.
7. I confirm that I have adequate access to the required technology and the ability to participate in the proceedings through the ODR platform. I further undertake responsibility for the security and confidentiality of my access credentials.
8. I undertake to abide by the rules, guidelines, and timelines prescribed for the conduct of these proceedings.
